Terms of Use

1. Your photos. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to appear in a video. Do not upload photos of minors, public figures or anyone who has not consented.
2. Allowed use. Videos are for personal, non-commercial fun. Do not use them to deceive, harass, defame or impersonate anyone, and do not present a generated video as a real recording.
3. Credits. Credits are consumed when a video is created. If rendering fails on our side, the credits for that video are returned automatically. Credits are not refundable for cash except where the law requires.
4. Results. Generated videos are produced by AI and may contain mistakes. We do not guarantee any particular likeness or quality.
5. Content we may remove. We may refuse or delete content that breaks these terms and may suspend devices that abuse the service.
6. Liability. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
